Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a clear issue with the product, we will offer a full refund.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
We offer full refunds in cases where there is a clear fault or issue with the product.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Opened or used supplement bottles.

Items not in original condition or packaging.

Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email hello@bioawaken.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
